Ipswich and the Armistice project was commissioned by Ipswich Museum and funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund. Ipswich and the Armistice project focused on the home front and frontline and was based around Armistice Day in Ipswich. It also explored how local people responded emotionally to the ending of WWI. The project included engaging with the community through visual and sound workshops and recorded conversations, vocalisations and sounds. Selected outcomes from the workshops were included in the film. The collage animation also referred to pieces from Ipswich Museum's collections and archives.
